"The appropriate acoustical environment for speech privacy in the open office area was critical to creating a successful space for Gehry Partners’ design team. The office layout was designed without workspace dividers. Although the desks were relatively far apart, the ambient noise due to HVAC (typically offering “white noise” masking) would be very low.
